Why communication is vital

Communication is made up of three things:
1) Verbal
2)  Non Verbal
3)   Listening

For businesses of all sizes all three areas are vital for both internal and external communication.
Internal communication will make or break your company culture.

Without the ability to communicate your team will be faced with potential confusion and frustration.

People need to know where they are going and what they are doing and most important of all is that they are being listened too.

Without good communication channels staff will get disillusioned and frustrated.

Even if your team is small, location should not be barrier to communicate. Technology today means there should be no excuses to not have open channels to both direct and listen too.

External communication is what retains clients and wins new ones. Having the ability to provide a first class communication system is neither expensive nor complicated. What it needs is a clear understanding of your clients and prospects expectations.

Making communication simple for your whole company is one of the simplest and yet essential tasks that need to be undertaken.

Do you have a communication plan? It doesn’t need to be anything complicated.

Would you like a hand just ensuring you have the right plans and systems in place to ensure you are doing everything you can for your staff and or clients?
