1) Verbal
2) Non Verbal
3) Listening
For businesses of all sizes all three areas are vital for
both internal and external communication.
Without the ability
to communicate your team will be faced with potential confusion and
frustration.
People need to know where they are going and what they are
doing and most important of all is that they are being listened too.
Without
good communication channels staff will get disillusioned and frustrated.

to communicate. Technology today means there should be no excuses to not have
open channels to both direct and listen too.

communication is what retains clients and wins new ones. Having the ability

complicated. What it needs is a clear understanding of your clients and prospects
expectations.
